Advanced Machining Process

Advanced machining processes are the material-removing processes different from conventional machining processes, in which a well-guided wedge-shaped tool removes the material in the form of chips by producing contact stresses.

Biomaterial Technology

Biomaterial technology plays an important role in the creation of this cell environment. For example, the biomaterial scaffolds and the drug delivery system (DDS) of biosignalling molecules have been investigated to enhance the proliferation and differentiation of cell potential for tissue regeneration.

Precision Joining Technology

Precision Joining Technology is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool causing fusion.

Surface engineering is the sub-discipline of materials science which deals with the surface of solid matter. It has applications to chemistry, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering (particularly in relation to semiconductor manufacturing). Solids are composed of a bulk material covered by a surface.
