Welcome to University of Malaya’s Centre of Advanced Manufacturing and Material Processing (AMMP Centre).

Since 2003, AMMP Centre has been actively engaged in research and consultation work in the field of advanced manufacturing and material processing. For the past 14 years, we have welcomed graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, visiting researchers and eminent professors to be a part of our academic family, both from within Malaysia and across the globe. Our mission is to conduct world-class research, and to share our expertise and knowledge with the industry as well as the wider social community.

The Centre looks forward to support and sustain an enthusiastic research and consultation environment, and to manage collaborative discussions with pioneering scholars in the field. We aspire to foster a positive mentoring culture for the growth of our young researchers, and to provide a stable platform that our experienced researchers can contribute to. I hope our website will inspire you to learn more about AMMP Centre and University of Malaya, and to be involved in many of our activities.
